وی گفت: نگاه به جذب دانشجو در دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای كشور تنها دیدگاه نظری و مدركی نیست.

وی اظهار داشت: نگرش در جذب دانشجو برای 60 رشته كاردانی و 24 رشته كارشناسی ناپیوسته در دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای، ارایه آموزش های كاربردی نظری و تربیت دانشجوی متناسب با بازار كار مورد نیاز در جامعه است.

او گفت: توجه به این امر مهم موجب شده كه بیشتر دانشجویان دانش آموخته از دانشكده های فنی و حرفه ای كشور علاوه بر جذب بازار كار متناسب با رشته تحصیلی خود، برای تعدادی دیگری از افراد جویای كار هم اشتغال ایجاد كنند.

وی افزود: این امر از نقاط متمایز و شاخص دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای در مقایسه با سایر دانشگاهها و مراكز آموزش عالی كشور است.
